Can anybody share their  fat-to-fit journey? My name is Dilmeet , aged 32 years. I started my weight loss journey in September,2019. I weighed 90kgs (height-5’2) I was suffering with pcod. My energy was low, I was always tired, and I found myself having to take the lift just to go up a floor. I always thought weight loss for me was impossible, the following being the reasons- 1) I am a punjabi, the regular food cooked at home is soaked in ghee and butter. 2) We all at home love eating outside food, so after eating home made food, we made it a point to order from outside. So two dinners were a must followed by deserts and late night snack. 3) A lot of people told me it’s impossible to lose weight when you have pcod Inspiration- My son who is 10 years old was the only motivation I had.
