My energy was low, I was always tired, and I found myself having to take the lift just to go up a floor. I always thought weight loss for me was impossible, the following being the reasons- 1) I am a punjabi, the regular food cooked at home is soaked in ghee and butter. 2) We all at home love eating outside food, so after eating home made food, we made it a point to order from outside. Initially during my early days when I started working out ,I used to weigh around 54kg and now after 5 years of hard work I weigh around 75kg (5ft 11inch) with 10 percent body fat. To answer the question , if you go by the book the best time to workout ( weight lifting ) is around  4 to 5 in the evening provided you have your lunch by 1:30p.m and your pre workout meal around 4 p.m for a 4:30 p.m workout . Evening time is considered the best a because your body will be in the best condition for physical activity compared to other times.
